Introduction

This policy outlines the principles and procedures that guide Braces N Faces’ Orthodontics Community and Charity sponsorship efforts, particularly in evaluating and awarding charity funding. 1. Application Process:

• Organizations seeking sponsorship must submit a detailed application, including the project's objectives, budget, and expected outcomes within the application form
• Applications must be submitted by 31st May each year.

2. Initial Review:

• The Community and Charity support committee will conduct an initial review to ensure all eligibility criteria are met.
• Incomplete or ineligible applications will be notified within two weeks of submission.

3. Detailed Assessment:

• Eligible applications will undergo a detailed assessment based on the criteria outlined within the application form.

Community and Charity Sponsorship Review and Amendments
