Invisalign® treatment is wonderful for all ages, including kids! In fact, there is an Invisalign® treatment designed just for children called Invisalign® First.
What is Invisalign® First?
Invisalign® First is an Invisalign® treatment designed for children ages 6-10. It uses a series of custom, clear plastic aligners to guide the growth of your child’s smile and make room for their incoming teeth.
Invisalign® First aligners are smooth, comfortable, and discreet. The aligners are also removable, so they won’t get in the way of your child’s meals or oral hygiene.

How does Invisalign® First work?
During your child’s free consultation, we’ll use our cutting-edge scanner to take digital scans of their smile. These scans will help us design their custom treatment plan and bespoke aligners. Your child will then be given a series of aligners that are each shaped differently than the next.
To progress through treatment, your child will switch to a new set of aligners every couple of weeks as instructed by their Specialist Orthodontist. This can be done at home, so you don’t need to schedule adjustment appointments for your child.

Why should my child start early orthodontic treatment?
Not all children need treatment with Invisalign® First, but if they could benefit from orthodontics, early treatment can stop orthodontic issues before they worsen. Early intervention may prevent the need for complex treatment in your child’s teenage years.
